About the role
We have a part-timehybrid opportunity for aCustomer Service andSales Consultant at our Penrith store.




This role includes aflexible rotating rosterworkingMonday to Friday with some Saturday work.The working hours are 30 hours per week, anywhere between 8am - 8pm with maximum 8-hour shifts (e.g. 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm).
Asthe face of Medibank in yourarea,you will:
Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
Support them across multiple channels –in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.
Internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, you will be a part of ageographically based, cross-functional teams, with a sharedgoaltobuild stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised supportin your area.
What we're looking for
You don't need health insurance experience – we'll teach you that.
If you have skills in customer service, sales,health,retail, or community engagement, youcould be a great addition to our team.

Outstanding at building rapport and explaining things clearly.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
