About the role:
We are thrilled to be recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our Information Technology team!
Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you'll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects across TeamKids.
Working closely with our Business Solutions Lead, you'll turn approved initiatives into structured delivery plans, ensuring projects are well-governed, risks are managed,



and stakeholders have clear visibility of progress every step of the way.
This is an exciting chance for a proactive Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, balancing competing priorities, and establishing consistent project management practices.
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions that help TeamKids continue to grow.
Your ability to build strong relationships, manage competing demands, and communicate confidently with stakeholders will be essential to your success.
You'll bring structure and accountability to project delivery while maintaining the flexibility to navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery strategies to ensure projects are well-coordinated and progressing against agreed objectives.
Project Governance & Portfolio Management:
Establish consistent governance practices, maintain project documentation and decision registers, facilitate steering committees, and provide visibility across the technology project portfolio.
Budget & Resource Management:
Track project budgets, expenditure, forecasts, and resource utilisation to support effective financial management and delivery planning.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management:
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing
