Top Cut Foods is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to own site training across 7 production sites from our Ormeau head office.
You will induct recent hires, partner with HR, and drive the apprenticeship pipeline, competency matrices, and training needs analysis.
In this standalone role you will build training plans, materials, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting while collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen safety, quality and capability across the business.
