NEXTDC is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our facilities.
You will ensure a excellent experience in all contacts, both reactive and proactive, and act as concierge for the site, coordinating deliveries and documentation.
Working schedule is Monday–Friday 7am to 3pm.
You will greet visitors, support internal teams nationwide, resolve requests, handle calls, and assist with events and inductions, while maintaining accuracy and service
