You will provide responsive, high-quality support to Capricorn Members and Suppliers across calls, email and portal channels, owning enquiries and delivering accurate responses at first contact.
You will maintain transparent CRM records, update Epicor, and collaborate with Operations, Field Sales and Supply teams to ensure consistently positive service outcomes, supported by at least two years
