About the role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone and via email, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
This is a Part Time position worked as 45 hours per fortnight.
7.5 hours Wednesday , Thursday and Fridays
Flexibility to work up to full time hours is required as per the operational requirements of the branch. There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours.
