Trader House is seeking an ICT Support Technician to keep our Melbourne venues running smoothly. You will provide Level 1–3 support for on-site and remote teams, manage hardware/software, and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues, including POS systems from H&L; and Tevalis.
You should have 2+ years in ICT support, solid Apple and Windows knowledge, and familiarity with Sophos firewalls. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, within a dynamic
