Fraser Coast Regional Council in Hervey Bay is seeking a Senior Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to lead safety and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. You will engage with stakeholders to provide practical safety advice, interpret legislation, and foster a proactive safety culture.
In this role you will lead a team, drive strategic safety projects, deliver training, investigations and continuous improvement, partnering with directorates to achieve meaningful safety outcomes.
