E4 People is partnering with a well-established residential aged care provider in Nambucca Heads, NSW, to appoint a Clinical Care Coordinator.
This full time role leads a care team, coordinates admissions, and develops person-centred care plans to deliver safe, high-quality clinical care.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with 2+ years' aged care experience, a passion for clinical excellence, and the ability to mentor others within a multidisciplinary team.
