The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to provide person-centred care to individuals experiencing financial hardship in Launceston, TAS. This fixed-term, part time role runs two days per week until July ****, with salary and conditions aligning to the SCHADS Award, level 4.
You will undertake assessments, develop case plans, and connect participants with appropriate referrals while maintaining privacy and compliance.
