We are seeking casual Room Attendants with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring every guest receives a clean and welcoming room for their stay.

What you'll be doing:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, storage areas and assigned spaces to required hotel standards.
Replenish guest supplies, linen, towels, amenities and in-room materials according to the room type and hotel requirements.
Carry out regular, deep cleaning tasks as allocated by the supervisor or manager.
Check room presentation, cleanliness, equipment, fixtures and amenities before completing each room.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety concerns or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
Handle guest laundry, lost property and guest belongings carefully and in line with hotel procedures.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
What we're looking for:
Previous housekeeping,



cleaning or accommodation experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling within safe work guidelines.
Ability to clean rooms efficiently while maintaining quality, safety and attention to detail.
Respectful and discreet when working in guest rooms and handling guest belongings.
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
