THE ROLE
Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
Coordinate complex itineraries and group travel arrangements.
Book flights and manage fares, ticketing and travel logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Provide outstanding customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Manage competing priorities and last-minute changes in a rapid‐paced environment.




Work collaboratively with the team to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 3 years' travel consulting experience, covering domestic and international bookings.
A passion for the sporting and entertainment industries is a real desire
Sabre, Galileo or Amadues GDS experience preferred,
with a solid understanding of IATA fares and ticketing.
Group travel experience highly regarded.
Confident spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Outstanding organisation and time management, with the ability to work under pressure.
A positive attitude, proactive approach and genuine desire to succeed.
Salary: Up to $***** per annum + OTE + Super + Incentives
