NSW Health's Nepean Hospital is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team. You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes, coordinating clinical interventions and ensuring protected, patient-centred care in the community.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, acute care experience, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. Permanent roles are available as full-time or part-time positions across NBMLHD regions.
