About the Opportunity
We are seeking outstanding international
scientists, researchers, engineers, technology experts, and innovators
to participate in The **** Overseas Talent Program.
The program is designed to connect experienced global talent with leading
universities, research institutes, laboratories, hospitals, and high-tech enterprises in China
, supporting international research collaboration, technological innovation, and long-term academic and industrial development.
Depending on your background and career stage, you may be considered for one of three major pathways:
Innovation Talent
— for established researchers, senior scientists, technical leaders, and experienced industry R&D; experts
Young Talent
— for outstanding early-career researchers with strong academic or technological potential
Postdoctoral Talent
— for qualified researchers at the early postdoctoral / post-PhD stage
The program may provide opportunities to develop research projects, establish joint research teams, participate in major scientific initiatives, collaborate with Chinese institutions, and translate research into practical applications.

Indicative annual salary range:




Approximately USD 70,000 – USD 285,000+
