About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to lead a small operations team at this Koolyanobbing site. Please note this is a
Drive in/ Drive out
role. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily site operations, maintain safety and compliance standards, coordinate mobile plant activities, and support site productivity. You will play a key part in maintaining productivity and quality standards while fostering a positive team culture. This role requires the person to hold a schedule 26 qualification. You will be responsible for leading a team of
3-4 Site Operators
and ensuring smooth communication through structured crew handovers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a small team
Coordinate daily activities of mobile and civil plant equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, water carts)
Allocate tasks and monitor productivity
Maintain safety and environmental compliance
Oversee washing, blending, and irrigation processes




Communicate with management on production and maintenance requirements
Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role within mining, quarrying, or civil operations
Strong experience operating mobile plant equipment
Schedule 26 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
HR or HC licence highly regarded
Ability to work effectively in a small, remote team environment.
Current driver's licence and own transport to site.
National Police Clearance and ability to pass pre-employment medical.
