Hinchinbrook Shire Council is seeking a Works Team Leader to guide skilled crews delivering road maintenance, civil works and infrastructure across the Shire. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise works, and collaborate with DTMR and Council teams to keep projects secure, on schedule, and to high standards.
You'll lead direct reports, manage resources, monitor progress and costs, and ensure compliance with safety and policy requirements.
