Embracia Reservoir is seeking a Qualified Social Carer / Lifestyle Assistant to join our vibrant Lifestyle team. You will deliver engaging programs, support dementia-friendly activities, and help residents enjoy purposeful and happy lives in a supportive, person-centered setting.
The role requires experience in larger aged care homes, driving an automatic small bus for outings, and compliance with accreditation standards. Part-time weekday shifts offered in Reservoir location.
