Key responsibilities
Inspect vehicle bodywork and frames to assess damage
Disassemble damaged vehicle parts
Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
Straighten and align car frames and unibodies
Reassemble vehicle body parts and accessories
Repair or replace windows, trims, and interiors
Fill, sand, and prepare surfaces
About you
Be motivated and able to work in a team workplace
Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry
Be punctual, reliable, and show initiative
Have strong attention to detail
Follow instructions well
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle
Paid college attendance
Steel cap boots, PPE, and uniforms provided
Weekly wages plus superannuation
Ongoing mentoring and support from a dedicated Employment Officer
