PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven
Assemblers
who are ready to play a hands‐on role in producing high‐quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
What You'll Do Every Day
Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
Support the Operating System and site operational goals
What You Must Have
English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Computer literacy
1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti‐static bracelet
Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity
What We Value (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using precision hand tools
Ability to read blueprints, travelers, or technical documentation
Troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team workplace
Compensation & Bonus
Pay Rate: $*****/hour
Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
$1,000 at 30 days
$1,000 at 60 days




$1,000 at 90 days
Total potential bonus: $3,000
Shift
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 3x12, 6:00AM to 7:00PM.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details:
$***** per hour
