Join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes as it enters a major growth phase.
We are looking for a commercially astute Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and deliver high-value procurement strategies across a complex, fairly greenfield setting.
What you will be doing:
Lead end-to-end procurement activity for high-value, complex contracts (often £100m+)
Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business priorities and market conditions.
Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and supply chain innovation.
Manage supplier relationships and support long-term performance and value delivery.




Collaborate with senior stakeholders across project delivery, finance, legal, and operations.
Ensure full compliance with governance, regulatory, and procurement processes.
What we are looking for:
A mix of directs and indirects/services.
Strong experience in strategic sourcing or category management within complex environments.
Proven track record managing large-scale procurement and supplier negotiations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-value setting.
MCIPS (or working towards) preferred.
NEC contract experience and Complex infrastructure project experience would be advantageous.
