Halocard LLC in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Growth (Marketing) to own the full funnel from awareness to activation. You will design experiments, build AI-driven workflows, and manage paid, organic, partnerships, and community channels to scale CAC, activation, and retention.
You will work in a tight three-person team, own the growth roadmap, and report equity-backed ownership as the company hits ambitious ARR goals. Global users and flexible schedule are expected.
