The role reports to the leadership team and works closely with clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration colleagues to deliver an outstanding resident experience.
This hands-on leadership role emphasizes visible management, exceptional service, and mentoring across departments, in a rapid-paced residential aged care setting.
