Job Description
SALARY: $80,000 per year plus superannuation. Full-time, permanent. Jurassic Bark Daycare Pty Ltd is a busy dog daycare and grooming business in Balaclava, Melbourne. We care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments and work as a close, friendly team. THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Animal Attendant to join our daycare team. You will look after dogs throughout the day and keep our play areas safe, clean and well run. DUTIES
Supervise and interact with dogs in daycare play groups
Monitor dog behaviour and body language, and step in to prevent or manage conflict
Feed, water and provide routine care as instructed
Clean and maintain play areas,



kennels and equipment
Greet clients and handle drop-offs and pick-ups
Keep daily records and report any health or behaviour concerns to management
ABOUT YOU
Experience caring for dogs in a daycare, kennel, grooming or similar setting
Confident handling a range of breeds and sizes
Good understanding of dog behaviour
Reliable, physically fit and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
Good communication skills in English
Must have the right to work in Australia
