Job Description
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, this office-based role involves:
daily customer service and supplier liaison
developing quotes tomeet customer specifications
creating orders for greenlife stock
assisting withstock dispatch and delivery
general administration and invoicing activities
The position is full-time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.
Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to-face learning and online courses to support your success in the role.




Desired Skills and Experience
Essential attributes
To shine as a Plantmark Sales and Service Coordinator, you will have:
genuine interestin plants or knowledge/qualifications in horticulture
experience in sales and customer service
excellent written and verbal communication skills
confident computer ability at intermediate standards
strong attention to detail and time management skills
abilityto coordinate multipletasks and liaise with a varietystakeholders
Applicants must also be capable of performing occasional heavy lifting tasks and be able to handle plant stock outdoors in all weather conditions.
