Care Connect is seeking compassionate Home Care Support Workers to help Australians stay independent, protected and connected in their own homes across Preston and surrounding areas. The role includes domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep, mobility support and social companionship, with a focus on meaningful relationships and daily wellbeing.
Ideal candidates will have a relevant qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support or nursing qualifications) or at least three months of paid
