Dinner service Friday and Saturday
Running a section with confidence and organisation
About you
Solid experience in a professional kitchen
Take pride in quality produce, preparation and presentation
Reliable, organised and confident running a section
Positive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively in a small team
Own reliable transport essential, as there is no public transport available to the venue
