Avery Healthcare is seeking a Regional FP&A; Business Partner to support Regional Directors and Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes. You will provide insightful financial analysis, challenge decision‐making, and drive commercial performance with a data‐driven mindset.
You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and reforecasting, build models linked to occupancy, staffing, and resident demand, and present insights to non-finance stakeholders.
