About the Role:
We have a outstanding opportunity for a Casual Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor.
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can commit to at least 3 shifts per week. This role suits someone who is looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, well established aged care environment, and who takes genuine pride in the care they deliver every day.
Availability Requirements:




Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
Flexible across morning and afternoon shifts
Willing to work occasional weekend shifts when required

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality personal care to residents
Support resident wellbeing within a team environment
Follow RN In Charge directives
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
Work independently within your scope of practice
About You:
Warm, compassionate and genuinely committed to quality care
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent casual schedule
Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate III in Individual Support
(Required)
Minimum 1 year aged care experience
(Required)
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of relevant aged care legislation
Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Requirements:
Current Police Check

Australian working rights
(Required)
