Australia Post Emerald Post Shop is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to help Australians and local businesses connect with services.
You will handle customer sales and service, cash handling, identity checks, and mail lodgements, while promoting Post Perks and other offerings.
Training is comprehensive and paid, with a 20-hour weekly schedule across a 4-hour rotating shift between 8:45 AM and 5:06 PM, Monday to Friday.
You'll be part of a welcoming team focused on community connection.
