Westpac is seeking a senior engineering lead to migrate from AppDynamics to Elastic Observability using OpenTelemetry.
You will build instrumentation standards, automate pipelines, and champion SRE practices for reliable, scalable observability across the enterprise.
You will mentor teams, produce runbooks, and deliver self-service assets to accelerate adoption while decommissioning legacy tooling.
Robust communication across a large organisation is essential.
