X-Team International is hiring a senior Android engineer for a major Australian bank project.
You will develop an offline-first Android app using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and a SQLite persistence layer, ensuring resilience during backend slowdowns.
Expect 2–4 weeks onsite in Melbourne to align with the team and gain context.
You will work with gRPC/Protobuf, MVVM or MVI, and up-to-date security practices, with opportunities to influence Open Banking features and cross-team collaboration.
