Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and manage high-volume stock in a specialist area.
You will lead a team of 20+ and report to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager, ensuring Best Experience for customers.
You'll train and develop the team, monitor service levels, collaborate with Merchandising and Health & Safety, and partner with suppliers.
Weekend rosters and some public holidays apply.
