Pay:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year + super, depending on experience
What you'll be doing
You'll be the first person our clients meet, whether they walk through the door or call.




Your day will include:
Welcoming clients, answering calls and handling enquiries
Managing appointments and keeping the office running smoothly
Scanning, filing and updating client records
Receipting payments, issuing invoices and helping with ATO and ASIC lodgements (we'll train you)
Supporting our accountants with tax-time paperwork and onboarding new clients
Occasional help with social media and client newsletters
About you
You enjoy people, you like things organised, and you take pride in making others feel welcome.
You'll also have:
Experience in reception, admin or customer service
Clear, friendly communication, both in person and in writing
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep things confidential
Experience in accounting, legal or professional services, or familiarity with Xero (not essential)
