Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support adolescents and adults with disability across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services that improve daily living and community participation.
The role requires qualifications in OT, Speech Pathology, or Psychology, experience with functional behaviour assessments, and a commitment to trauma-informed
