As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the effective management, maintenance and continuous improvement of our national property portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores, warehouses and support offices safe, compliant and operating effectively.
Working across a national portfolio, you'll lead maintenance programs, coordinate minor works and partner with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that support our growing business.
A typical day might include:
Lead maintenance and contractor activities across a national portfolio
Managing preventative maintenance programs and compliance requirements
Reviewing quotations, procurement activities and contractor performance
Delivering repair, refurbishment and asset improvement projects
Partnering with our location manager, service providers, operational leaders and landlords to resolve property-related issues
Monitoring budgets, expenditure and project timelines
Driving continuous improvement across facilities systems, processes and reporting
About You




To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will bring a mix of the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in facilities management in a national or multi-site role within a retail, hospitality, healthcare or similar environment
Demonstrated experience leading maintenance programs, contractors and service providers
Experience delivering minor works, refurbishment or facilities projects
Commercial, procurement and contract administration experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed portfolio
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and are motivated by the prospect to make a tangible impact.
