Compass Group Pty Limited – Eurest division – is seeking a Casual Chef at Lake Burrendong, near Dubbo, to oversee bulk cooking and presentation across school groups, corporate functions and daily guests.
The role requires a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, solid allergen management, and proven experience in high-volume kitchens.
You'll maintain HACCP standards, control costs, and contribute to fresh, café‐style menu options while working with a small kitchen team.
