The Benevolent Society is seeking a Community-based Registered Nurse to provide in-home clinical care to older people across Western Sydney, helping them stay healthy, independent and secure at home.
You will assess, intervene and support patients within multidisciplinary teams, delivering person‐centred care with dignity and respect.
Role requires 2+ years nursing experience in aged or community settings, AHPRA registration, and a current First Aid/ CPR certificate.
