Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Eastwood, NSW.
You will support a customer to become more independent at home and in the community, including personal care and medication administration.
Responsibilities include mentoring, cooking and domestic skills coaching, and facilitating community participation.
A driver's licence and First Aid are required, with medical knowledge highly regarded, and NDIS screening is needed or willing to obtain.
