Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
At Morris Homes, you will help customers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while representing a respected housebuilder known for quality and craftsmanship.
The Role
Create an outstanding first impression and build strong relationships with customers in person, by telephone and by email
Develop expert knowledge of our developments and house types
Understand the local property market, competitors and what makes Morris Homes different
Guide customers through show homes and demonstrate the quality and benefits of a Morris home
Support customers through the reservation and home buying journey
Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into successful sales
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Work closely with Site Management to ensure an excellent customer experience




Attend development marketing and promotional events
Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage providers and other stakeholders
Maintain sales offices, show homes and stock properties to the highest standards
The Person
Experienced Sales Advisor with a proven track record
Professional, confident and customer-focused
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and able to work independently and within a team
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience with a national, local or independent housebuilder
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Current full UK driving licence
