We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Melbourne CBD team.
Working as part of our Client Operations team, you'll coordinate wellbeing appointments, support client programs and provide operational support to our clinical team.
As the first point of contact for many clients, you'll play an important role in ensuring individuals receive timely, professional and compassionate support.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires solid administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Manage a high-volume inbox and the **** wellbeing line
Coordinate new client referrals, onboarding and outreach activities
Schedule individual and group wellbeing appointments
Maintain accurate client records and reporting
