Your New Role
This is a excellent opportunity to take the reins of the technical support and service function.
As the Warranty Coordinator / Service Coordinator, you'll be the go-to technical lead, diagnosing pump and equipment issues over the phone, and getting hands-on in the workshop with testing and repairs.
Dealing mainly with Australian farmers and rural dealers, you'll deliver clear, practical solutions that keep operations moving.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose pump and technical faults via phone, email, and messaging
Manage warranty claims and service jobs from end to end




Advise customers on suitable pump sizing, system upgrades, and installation setups
Head out on occasional regional visits to run training sessions for distributors
Keep job tracking, parts, and CRM records up to date

About You
Experience as a Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Warranty Coordinator, Warranty Manager
