The Role
Senior Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality projects across Queensland, with your first project being a Brisbane defence new build .
You will forecast and manage project budgets
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project teams
Overall responsibility for project programme
Manage project deliverable in line with System Standards.
Liaise with the Directors, Site Manager and contractors as required to satisfy system standards requirements.
Lead the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
Experience/Qualifications Required
A reliable track record in delivering of new builds within Australia, for the head contractor on projects up to $40m in value
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively




Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
Australian citizenship is required due to the nature of the project portfolio and access requirements.
Trade or Tertiary qualification in construction
