YMCA Victoria is seeking a Centre Manager for the Peter Krenz Leisure Centre in Bendigo.
You will provide leadership for day-to-day operations and align services with the YMCA's vision and local council expectations, while inspiring a diverse team to deliver outstanding programs.
You will oversee Customer Care, Aquatic Safety, Health & Wellness, Operations and Learn to Swim, manage budgets, drive community engagement, and promote a secure, inclusive environment for staff and participants.
