Full-time, permanent positions based at our Higginsville Operation in Norseman.
Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation.

The ROLE
Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
Actively manage maintenance planning activities and the maintenance team
Report to the Maintenance Superintendent on the status of key projects and day to day activities
Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
Play a key role as part of the management team in the implementation of a positive, safe and productive culture in the workplace
Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes across the plant
Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead by example
Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams
Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example
Liaising with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
WHAT DO I NEED
Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing a fixed plant maintenance team




Relevant Trade Qualification
Shut down planning and managing experience
Sound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits; and associated infrastructure
Experience in submitting Capital Expenditure Requests (CER's)
Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)
Proficient Microsoft office skills
Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, team-oriented, and successful working relationships with your team
