Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the ongoing uplift of the Engineering Management System (EMS).
You will shape strategy into practical outcomes across people, processes and tools, deliver the EMS roadmap, and work with program teams to improve how engineering is executed at scale.
Based in Fortitude Valley or Springfield, Queensland, this hybrid role requires Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
