PROJECTS
Private Industrial Warehouses & Storage Facilities
THE ROLE




Take full ownership of projects from contract award through to practical completion and defects
Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee contract administration, including variations, EOTs, progress claims and payment schedules
Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers
Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Ensure programme, safety, quality and compliance requirements are met at every stage
YOU
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder
Track record delivering projects in the $5m - $25m range
Robust commercial acumen and contract administration experience (AS**** / AS****)
Confident leading project teams and managing client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or Engineering highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
