The Organisation
Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their finance team, based in Carrum Downs.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
Dealing with international payments and currency
Reporting
Invoice processing
Supplier queries and concerns
Reconciliations
Payroll processing
Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end
Issuing and generating invoices
Credit applications
Allocate and receipt payments
Daily banking




Debt collections
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to:
Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper
Has experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
Has experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles
Ability to work within a team environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
