Metcash Trading Limited is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary to act as 2IC to the Group Company Secretary.
You will partner across the Company Secretariat to strengthen governance, support strategic initiatives and deliver practical, commercial solutions across a large and complex group.
You will engage with Boards and Committees, manage entity governance, statutory compliance, corporate records and governance frameworks, and provide practical governance advice to senior leaders.
