This full time role is based in Melbourne VIC **** and focuses on supporting clients through rehabilitation, helping them regain independence and reintegrate into work and community life.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized rehabilitation plans and provide counselling and vocational support to injured workers.
