About the Role:
As a Gelatissimo Artisan, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and producing fresh gelato to Gelatissimo standards.
Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service.
Assisting customers with flavour selections and recommendations.
Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
Keeping display cabinets clean, stocked and looking their best.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
Managing ingredients, stock rotation and daily production requirements.
Working efficiently during busy periods, including theatre events.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
Supporting the team with daily operations.

Detail oriented - because our gelato deserves to look as good as it tastes
Hospitality or retail experience is a plus
Communicates clearly and confidently with customers
Works efficiently under pressure while delivering a great experience
Passionate about sweet treats - especially gelato
Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Presents well and demonstrates solid attention to detail
Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential)
